1. When will I receive my order?

SovereignRep's catalog is mostly print on demand, with few exceptions where noted (quantity in stock). When you place an order, your order is immediately sent to the first stage, which is Fulfillment. It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. After quality control and inspection, your order moves to Shipping. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address!

2. How do I report a problem with my order?

Contact info@sovereignrep.com or use the form on the Contact Us page and team member will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. However, if you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, that would be handled at your own expense by placing a new order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards at checkout and ship worldwide. Shipping costs are based on your shipping address.

5. Are these original designs?

Rest assured, all of SovereignRep's designs are original and created in-house. All designs are trademarked and copywritten upon use in commerce. We enforce and comply with copyright rules and regulations. If infringement is discovered, SovereignRep will take legal actions to include but not limited to: issuing a Takedown Notice, suing for any legal costs or attorney fees, and suing for copyright infringement. We ask for our community's support in reporting any possible infringements via the form on the Contact Us page.
